Since we are fortunate enough to own two Airstreams, we sorta fall into the "other" category. The '87 is pretty much stationary except to pull her to Penn Wood at the beginning of the season and then home at the end of the season. Although I am keeping her totally road worthy in case we decide to travel more with her. The '06 is the traveler we use to make trips.

We have only had the AS for less than a year, it has been used to camp only up to now. However i hope to do some traveling in the near future. Some times i go out and just sit in it and have a drink, or walk around and touch it all over. I think it's ok to rub and touch it after all it's my AS.

If you rub it enough, the Airstream "Genie" may appear and grant you one wish, so you had better be thinking about what you want.

We are currently looking for an Airstream for full time living in the UK

We have been living in a converted 7.5 tonne motorcross van for the last 7 years but the poor thing is beyond economical repair so we had to start thinking what our next home should be.

We would be better off with a caravan (trailer) rather than a motorhome for many reasons but we could not bring ourselves to move into a regular white box so we decided it had to be an Airstream.

We are looking for an Overlander double axle double bed as our ideal choice but we are open to suggestions. There are size restrictions both in the UK and the site we are currently on so we don't want to go bigger but we don't want to go much smaller either. Maybe 24'.

We did consider moving back into a house but neither of us could face it
