Mine is awaiting me to win the lottery and have David Winick custom build my interior just the way I want it.

Not really in our driveway. Parked on the side of our house. And we have been "sweeping" snow daily. We are planning to build a shelter this Spring.

We still work....we are planning weekend short trips come Spring and perhaps a short vacation. We love our Airstream.

Ours is still at the dealer's, waiting for awnings and a hitch. We hope to pick it up in Ohio next Friday! Am getting very excited about that!

Smile Happy with 2 and the projects never end

We are lucky to be able to have our trailer in the back yard and my dream man (hubby) is working on our dream Airstream--this winter so far he's reconfigured the front area, moved the gaucho, sent the cushions to be reupholstered, is fixing leaks with vulkem, built a dinette, replaced the humming univolt, built a table top, put in a new Sealand traveler Lite throne, and is getting ready to put in a wood floor!

Of couse there will be more projects, especially if we keep reading threads by all the innovative forum members who come up with such great ideas to customize the trailers!

I love my old 81, and would say it's about as finished as I need it.
I could see someday buying a 28' slide out if the right one ever comes around.

I had to select other. The pill is not at the house, but at the RV Storage yard where she is safe and sound, out of the elements and in the shade. It's about 20 minutes away. Next trip is in 2 weeks? For sure in 4 weeks at the next great 4CU adventure in Tucson, AZ.

Mine is sitting in a friends driveway in NC. I've been living in it there since early Nov but am temporarily at home in VA. Will be reunited with it next week and am looking forward to it very much!

I'd like to say ready to roll, but the Safari is in storage with 20" of snow on the roof overhead. I'd like to say I'll always apply the Harley Rule of waiting for one good rainfall after the last road salting but I'm already chomping at the bit.

The Argosy? It could roll but still has major deficiencies (tires, HW heater, furnace). Herniated cervical disks led me to retire early and move on to the Safari. The Argo would be jealous if it had feelings (who said it didn't!?).

Oh ... my dream Airstream! Vintage of course. But I think the road will capture me and keep me from looking backwards.

My current dream (31 classic) is usually attached to my truck. My future dream (a 21 or 23) was made in 1962 (a good year) and will require some work when I retire.

In front of our house and ready to roll. Our new '07 25'FB Iinternational is what we decided was our "last" AS. We spent considerable time looking at other trailers and believe this is just perfect of us. I always wanted a vintage, but my husband wanted to spend his free time on the road and not on restoration and here we are. I'm not a bit disappointed that we went new rather than vintage, though.
One rivet short of a full Airstream.

Dream on!

I used to dream about crossing the US on a Harley. Since I've invested in Airstreams I would like to cross the states with a silver Range Rover and a 23' Safari. Looking very obviously English with two national icons! I need the lottery rollover first but what a nice thought!
