Yes JulianneJ,

We are in the Phoenix area but on the other side of town from you. We live in the East Valley in the Ahwatukee area. We look forward to meeting you in Williams.

We're leaning towards calling ours Flo. Just seems to fit since the air just flows over her when we're going down the road. Kind of like where the Airstream name came from. If you know the history of where Wally came up with the name..."air just seems to stream over..."

I'm looking forward to Williams myself.

We also call ours "LOLA".... our first trailer was a '72 Scotsman named "LUCY" so I guess we've got good company

First Airstream was a 1982 diesel motorhome named after a previous owner - Seymour.
Second Airstream was a beautiful 2000 30' trailer that we unfortunately totaled before we had a chance to name her.
Our third Airstream is a 1992 Squarestream that we have named Spongebob after our grandson's favorite cartoon character - Spongebob Squarepants.

We named our '05 International "Hi Yo Silver", so when we head out on the open road, it is Hi Yo Silver, Away!

For some reason our recently acquired 66 Caravel has picked up the name "Lilly". I saw someone has a "Lucy"--that is the name my wife gave her Mini Cooper convertable (which no, we don't try to pull the trailer with).

How about "Z-Stream" for the Interstate? Dr. Z was the head of DaimlerChrysler when your Interstate was built.

A rose, by any other name .........

Our classic motorhome is big, buxom, and beuatiful. That's why we call her Laverne. BTW, can anyone out there tell me how to embroider a big "L" on aluminum?

The group I camp with told me it doesn't matter what I think it should be called. They say it's up to them. They named our last 11' polished 66 Forrester the love shack. We found the song on a tape and played it when arriving at our camping destination. They have pretty mush settled on Landyacht (how original) for our 73 25' Tradewind. I bought one of those cheap yacht hats and throw an anchor out when we arrive now. Stupid but keeps with them amused. Maybe your friends? can assist!

R SHACK

Because Radio Shack options paid for the last trailer and we just carried the name forward.

My 79 Argosy 6.0M was purchased from a wonderful man by the name of Salvatore, a beautiful Italian name. So, she is called "My Gal Sal" in his honor.
