Great 2006 and Working on a Better 2007!

Wow! 2006 was a good year for forum rallies and 2007 is shaping up even better. I only wish we had time to attend more events. 2008 is just around the corner - keep up the fun, fellowship and adventure.

We use (very successfully) forum rallies to build membership in the WBCCI, New England Unit. Of course we are a much different club then many WBCCI Units, and I believe this is a good thing.

BTW. The "Ocean State" Rally is a NEU, WBCCI Buddy Rally this year. Gail has 42 rigs signed up so far......
I think it was based upon the number signed up here on the forums.
The Metro-Detroit Rally actually had 26 units but two did not sign up on here.

Just a question to understand how one can vote for the best rally? How many of you voting attended multiple forum rallies? I know I only attended one so unfortunately I can't vote. I assume the low count for any one rally is not indicative of what was best, it's more of a situation like mine that in most cases the majority of the attendees may only attend one. Looks like you Detroit folks and Beverly Beach folks attend more forum rallies than the rest of us.

It's great to see all of them listed, and if you didn't know that these were happening, now you do now! Hope to see you at one of these in the future.....

the poll is not intended to be scientifically or statistically valid

if you attended just one, and liked it, vote for that one!

since many folks have attended more than one,

i thought the option of voting for 2 would be useful

for those that can't choose just one.

as far as i'm concerned ANYONE can vote

perhaps you just read about how much fun rally "x" was...

or had friends attended, or attended in another year...

part of the goal of this poll is to build awareness of how the rally menu,

and how it has grown...

so vote away!

cheers
2air'

i suspect many attendees are camping or off line right now.

we will see what happens in the fall...

detroit's got the spirit, post pictures offer bribes and otherwise promote your choice!

What! You mean we all don't get the keys to the forum and the ticker tape parade? Ahh, man, gee whiz.

C'mon Detroit pull out the stops, oh that's right, we don't exercise safe stops.

Boy, do we have the spirit!
Our current rally thread has over 800 posts and over 9,200 views since it was started in the late spring!
If you have not been to a Metro-Detroit rally you are really missing out!

Oops, I accidentally voted for a rally I attended in '07- not '06 (Casini Ranch)! I knew there were more than 10 trailers there... duh.

Metro Detroit Rocks

Had to vote for the 2006 Metro Detroit Rally since the 2007 is not on the list.

ok folks...

it's winding down here.

only a couple of months remaining to vote on the 2006 rally of the year.

those motor city folks have pulled ahead

did some folks register extra accounts just to vote again?

so vote early, vote often, vote regardless.

the award for this first yearly run off is gonna be HUGE...

and set the stage for the 2007 competition which will start in november.

cheers

the next 2 last, last reminder...

66 voters so far

only 1/3 of them fictional!

we had more trailers and people than that, at beverly beach, this year alone...

and they are ALL fictional...

the deetroz-ers are still winning,

but they DO know how to party!

only weeks left b4 a winner is declared.

the 2007 best rally battle will begin in mid november...

with new contestants and different rules on cheating...

so vote NOW for 2006

your forum needs you!

sam i am...

cheers
