BTW -- Not enough questions up top to get any member interest. But if it does we can always move this to the fun & games subforum. (okay, back to my $%*&$*(&# mod hole...)
Ah, yes, Polls. They are a Zen like phenomena that usually digress into discussions of Blue Ovals, Bowties, Goats and those “other guys” across the Pacified Basin. (Insignificant side note: I’m firmly in the camp of the Blue Oval folks). Sometimes they are boring discussions of, gasp, axles. Usually only worthwhile for the non-scientific data they produce, and the humorous discussions that follow. Gotta love poles, er, polls. Man, “The Vicar of Dibley” in on, gotta go. Hey there’s a poll for ya, “Favorite British sitcoms”.

Another good Pole: from Wikipedia
"Reverse Polish notation (or just RPN) by analogy with the related Polish notation, a prefix notation introduced in 1920 by the Polish mathematician Jan Łukasiewicz, is a mathematical notation wherein every operator follows all of its operands. It is also known as Postfix"

Dear old RPN. HP has come out with an anniversary model of its old calculator and you can set it to use RPN just for s**** & giggles.
I have managed to keep two of the old RPN HP's running. One for the studio and the other at my desk. but then I still have my slide rule also. Think I will mount it in a glass case with the message, "in case of power failure, break glass"
