Because she's home from upgrades in Texas over the Winter. She's been washed and waxed today and all shiny in our driveway ready to be made ready for Bristol and a week of camping with the NASCAR crazies like ourselves! Thursdays are great! "Boogety, boogety, boogety. Let's go racing boys!" (DW) HAPPY TRAILS
It's Thursday and Gypsy is happy because she overheard us making plans to build a 32 by 25 foot metal structure over her so she'll be protected from sun and hail. The material for this is almost being given to us so while it's not what we'd planned, we think it will do nicely, thank you Thank goodness for family and their friends for labor! ~G

because when tested for the first time, the propane, furnace, refer, stove, and oven all work! And I redid the window screens today. Tested the marker and turn lights, yesterday. All work except one marker and the right turn. Replacment bulbs didn't help. Will check the ground when I get back from SD.

It's Friday...a day late and a dollar short seems to be my life's story...and I love my Airstream. Today we'll break 80 for the first time since October and the "Changes" made it through her first winter without any frozen pipes after only having them blown out and the furnace set on 50.
We've camped twice since Christmas and looking forward to our next rally at the Springstream in just four weeks. There is a good chance we'll get to go for a weekend with my brother-in-law and his family in two weeks to middle Georgia. My wife's trying to put that together. Then we're on a once-a-month schedule through the week before Christmas.
Spring is here in the South and I am happy except for the pollen...today's count is over 2,500 ppm. I think that's the only thing I DON'T like about Spring. I guess there has to be a little cloud in every sunny day.
Enjoy the camping if you're going camping this weekend, and enjoy the next opportunity you get if you aren't.
Oh BTW Craig, I hope your Friday is going better than your Thursday.

Actually, yes it is. I should know better than to send off a sarcastic memo to one of the bosses but if they can't take a joke then I hate it for them. My boss called and told me she was going to have to break my fingers if I didn't cool it. That made me laugh and she did say she understood what I was frustrated over. I promised to be better in the future (like that is going to happen) and left work today at 11 a.m. since my week was complete. I'm working in the garden adding organic humus, composted cow manure, fertilizer and will start planting cucumbers, canteloupe, corn and more onions. The tomatoes and bell peppers are only up 2" in peat pots and I will wait another week before putting in okra seed.
It's Friday and things are going great even though the dishwasher is still broken. Who cares? Be happy!
