Well, it's near 100 here today, and I'd love to go back to the Coast again!..have you ever been to Bodega Bay/Doran Beach?..we spent the day w/our son and his family in July..just a county park campground, I think, right near the beach/bay of Bodega..the next few weeks, I'm homebound lots of other stuff on our plates, but maybe in the future, we could hook up!..

I'm guessing that the beach spots will be full. So it'll be in the desert wilderness.
Are you going to the NorCal rally?

It is Thursday.... Goodie!
Another Thursday and another great day to be happy about our little Airstream! We our Tardis (aka Bambi)!
We just got back a couple of days ago from the Hat Creek Rally. Beautiful stream! Very relaxing time.
Going to Yosemite next, but not for a couple of weeks. Time to unpack and repack the trailer!
Hope all of you have a great week! Here is a pic from Hat Creek (near Lassen)!

NO, these aren't Vintage Trailer Supply, although they are very good and recommended. Especially the service. Due to time constraints (and Shari's [INSIDEOUT] recommendation) I got this from TTC&A.
I like their tensioning ropes--the springs are great--and the poles have a positive locking setscrew. I have to say I like their poles at lot better than Vintage's, just due to the set screw--everything else about the poles seems th same.
I asked them to leave a valence gap (about a foot) next to the trailer edge of the awning so that the valence didn't constantly flap against the skin and to make the extension 9' instead of 8'. Special orders don't upset them and the changes were no cost.
When it's down, everything fits nicely in the included heavy duty vinyl duffle about 5-1/2' long. I think the whole thing with shipping was about $360.

I agree Zep, I like the quality of yours. Funny, I have added springs to the Vintage Airstream awning I got. The quality of Vintage is very good and the color selection is also good. Didn't mean to imply they were the same - just offering a location for an awning that fits the rail. Sometimes they are tough to find.
Your's look great.
Mike
