It's Thursday and it's warm outside 58 degrees WOHOO!!! Most all of the snow is melted and the sun is shining. Spring has sprung and we have the fever.
I am sitting in the Airstream enjoying the comfort and luxury, content to be home, but knowing that traveling again will be even better. The Airstream truely is my window to the world and my passport to adventure. Sorry for the cliche's but it really is true! Here's another, it is the stuff dreams are made of. Help, I can't stop myself, what's happening...

It's Thursday and I like my Airstream because it's a project that my husband and I can work on together and be enthusiastic about. He does metal and mechanical and electrical and plumbing. I do fabric and cleaning. We both do wood and paint. We've been enjoying it for two months now, and we haven't even begun to camp in it yet. I hear that part's enjoyable too.

We love our airstream. Last Thursday it and four others (Klatawa, Silverleeper/Mel, Gerr, and one other I don't know his forum's avatar) zipped down I-5 from Olympia to the NW event at Fort Stevens. What a wonderful event. We traveled down to MillerSylvania State Park Wednesday evening and camped there with Gerr and SL/ML so waking up in a beautiful campground Thursday morning and looking out at two more shiny Airstreams was a very pleasant way to start the day/weekend. And with Klatawa and Greg/avatar unknown to me) joining us in the morning, 5 vintage Airstreams hauling down the highway got a lot of attention. I must admit thought that having the least shiny of the group was pause for thought. So the Airstream got an early start for us this year and should be pretty active this summer. And Thursdays are going to be the get-out-of town days come mid July.

It's Thursday and I can hardly wait to add more shiny Reflectix insulation to my Airstream this evening.

It's Thursday and I love my Airstream... Enjoying kitting out the new 'stream with new throw pillows, colourful new gadgets and gearing up to upgrade the audio/visual system for a trip to Florida in a few short weeks. I'll post the pictures of the new system (will be using portable hard drives and media players instead of carting around tons of DVDs) when it's done.

It's Tuesday in the Maritimes. I love my Argosy 'cause the snowbanks are gone and even though the grass is brown and water-logged, Summer is right around the corner. Gotta love it !!!!

Because it is in the driveway hooked to the truck and the beds are made, water tank is full, fridge seems to be running. Heck ALL the systems seem to be running today. And in the morning we are off to the mother ship for some minor shop time and Rally with NOVA! Actually I am more exited about the return trip, new alignment, new Tires, Freshly painted wheels and Dynabeads to keep it all together. Cant wait to see how it all works together...

Because tonight it gets loaded and hitched and tomorrow it'll go with us out to the Mojave. About 30 min. past Barstow and off to the East.
Feel free to drop by.

I love our Argosy because we took it out yesterday (Thursday!) for our second camping trip of the year! Lots of rain last night, but this morning the sunlight is filtering through the trees. Beautiful! Later we're going to the beach to watch the whales.

We love our Airstreams because were camping this weekend with the Oregon unit. No housework, gardening, car washing, etc, just doing nothing, relaxing the brain and body. We will have a beautiful view of the Columbia river out our bathroom window Priceless

It's Thursday and I can't handle waiting one more day for our maiden "shake down" cruise along the Columbia river with the Oregon crew!
