Because right now it's plugged in and the fridge is getting cold. Tomorrow we'll go deep into the desert and spend the weekend in quiet serenity with ice cold beer. Life can be very good.

I love mine because the new steel arrived today to rebuild it and that seems monumental after waiting since last September to get started. I am a HAPPY camper today even if our AS isn't even remotely close to be ready to go. Yippee!! Now if the axles would arrive, I'd be dancing!

I love mine because it's day 10 of our trip and I still love it. Still love sleeping in it, eating in it, cooking in it, and doing unmentionables in it.

I am guessing doing unmentionables is washing out your unmentionables and hanging them around to dry. Inside the trailer of course, so no one sees them.

Airstreamers seem to gravitate to ideals of minimalism and sustainability. The love and popularity of vintage and recycled units seem to sync with aspirations of enjoying a new post material society. Travel, vacation or staycation, whatever you are doing is better in your very own Airstream, after all it is Thursday. Have you hugged your AS today?
Wow.....well said! We loved our Airstream today by replacing all the marker lights and scraping off that old ugly black goop somebody put on her. Much better!

Yes Sandy it could be that, or many other things . I like to let the imagination of everyone take it for a spin.

Or sandstone bluffs,
Or golden leaved aspens,
Or a saguaro cactus a hundred years old with a nest of cactus wrens.

At night I listen to water slipping over polished stones,

Or feel rain drumming on the polished aluminum skin that shelters me,

It conveys me to scenic places,
And captivates me with its quirky beauty.
Like all things aluminum, this poem is worth recycling, I think.

I like... cuz I took it back to storage yesterday and won't be using it for a couple weeks.

No wait! Not that way!! A week ago we returned from a month-long trip to the northwest. I spent the past few days spiffing her up again, sleuthing a furnace problem and repairing riveting on a failed compartment door hinge. Smiles still abound and I can't wait for the next outing.

It's Thursday and I like my Airstream so much because it has by far . . . exceeded the dreams that inspired it.

It's Thursday and I like my Airstream because it's almost ready to go. We cleaned up the inside today, I'll wash the outside tomorrow, load up and check everything Saturday, hit the road Sunday. No matter how many times in the past, I always get excited about the next trip, like a kid at Christmas!

It's Thursday and I love my Airstream because it's in the driveway ready to be packed and then head to Watkins Mill CG in Missouri. It's going to be in the high 70s during the day and 50s at night! I can't wait!

Aspen

It's Thursday, and I like my little Airstream because we're off to camp right outside of Aspen for 10 days!

Yea!

My Southern Belle is setting in my driveway, waiting to be hitched up for a short haul-- my step-son is getting married Saturday. Then back to Bayside RV Campground for the last three weeks of camping for this season. Than-- on to the P-Town rally on the long weekend in Oct.
