I love my Argosy because he will be home tomorrow!! No snow here and none expected thru Christmas. It will be good to have "The Twink" home and safe once again. Bob's been living in him while doing a job out of town. I have sooooooo much to do this Winter to get ready to take him to the lake in the Spring. Both the trailer "him" and the Bob "him". Bob's off to Minnesota after Christmas. Don't think we want to pull an Argosy up there in the Winter.

It's Thursday and we love our Airstream because we'll be gone tomorrow. Just need to finish packing/planning tonight and tomorrow we are outa here!

because she's back home after our early foggy trip today to Bill Thomas Center near St. Louis. She now sports one shiny new window replacement, her left front rock guard is securely reattached, and she is freshly caulked in some worn spots up on top. It's too cold here to wash and shine her, so she'll arrive at the Can Opener grubby with road grime but freshly mended! Another reason to love our Airstream this Thursday. . .it's time to start provisioning for the Can Opener ~G

A service guy who was doing an inspection at my house today saw the Safari in the back yard and rather excitedly said:

"Wow, that is really nice. I've never seen one of those in person, only in the movies! They call them Silver Bullets, right"?

Because it allows me to live vicariously through all the other Forum member's experiences and adventures. I get a cup of coffee, take my computer out to the Bambi, long on and pretend that I am there on the road with the LONG, LONG TRAILER or arguing with a dealer, or sharing Rally/Caravans.

It's Thursday, and I love my Airstream, because I'm getting ready to load up the stuff for the 29 Palms

I love my A/S because we'll be camping at the beach this weekend great friends and then it's.....

Rally time in 29 Palms with friends I know and friends I have not met yet!!

There will be Breakfast (If I'm awake) and dinner potlucks, M'balls, golf and sightseeing and whatever else comes up all with great people from all over!!

Life is really really good.

Ah yes. It's Thursday and I love my Airstream because not next Thursday but the Thursday after that (January 11th) I am heading to 29 Palms to gather with all the other beautiful Airstreams and their people. Ahhhh...I love Thursdays!
