It's Thursday (in Texas anyway... just barely!) and I love my Airstream because it's loaded for travel, just waiting at the curb for the food and ice chests in a few hours then it's off to the beach!

Its Thursday and I like my Airstream because its wheels are itching to get on the road to Kejimikujik National Park in Nova Scotia where we will be Campground Hosts for a week. Drop in if anyone happens to be this far east in Canada!

We are heading to Nova Scotia this coming Tuesday for a two-week trip with our 27' Flying Cloud. We are planning to visit Kejimkujik as well as several provincial parks. It's nice to know there are other AS owners in the Maritimes.

...because even though we're not camping this weekend, I have fond memories of the last 2 full weeks of traveling in the Tin Goat...and I'm going to the storage yard to see it, check battery levels and stare at it for a while...

It is Thursday and I love my Airstream because I know that she is sitting in her little spot under the tree in "storage" waiting for the next adventure... Sept 22 when she gets to go to Grand Teton and Yellowstone! She is just as excited as we are!

Because sometimes I catch a reflection of myself in the polished exterior, and by god, I DO look thinner....

It still is better than sleeping in a tent in the rain on the wet ground.

At the storage yard with both Hondas charging batteries. Water still full (no worries about boiling over). Volt meter says 12.32 (70%). Sitting at dinette as I type this. Pretend camping. Still pretty darn cool :-)

Thursday is coming....

...and I Love It!!

On Thursday I shuffle off this mortal toil and travel the 100 miles to the biggest Airstream meet in the UK!

Rockhill Rendesvouz is organised by Pete and Tracy Bull - the inspiration behind UKAirstreamers - and hosted by Carl and Gaynor Huntbach at their farm near Ludlow, Shropshire.
