It's Thursday and we love our Airstream cause it's taking us on our full timing adventure to our next five campgrounds, which we have just booked. Last one is 3 weeks at a site near Plymouth, South Devon, UK over Christmas and New Year Holiday. Can't wait to see all our lights reflecting off trailer - 640 individual light bulbs last year!!!
Got the fridge done, It stayed at 46 degree's yesterday in the sun and 34 degree's last night. I love my Airsteam! Leaving on Friday Morning for Cottonwood ,Az. The third annual Smoke Out WEst chopper fest is upon us. We will camp on the bank of the Verde river and spend two days looking at kool home made choppers. Life is good!
...because next Thursday we will be rallying at Jackson!
We will be there Thursday too. This Thursday I'm still polishing...and polishing...and I am NOT gonna get it done. Would I do all this work for something I didn't like!
Neil.

Bucky is hooked up to the Expedition and ready to roll out in the morning. We are off to camp in the solitude of Frazier Park, CA, with 150 of our closest friends and celebrate the history of California. Since rain is predicted for Saturday we are well prepared with our aluminum tent, a small keg of beer, and some snake bite medication...

Well, it was Thursday and I loved my Airstream because Friday she took us to Ft. Wilderness for four days for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. We had a blast! This was our fourth year; the third camping with the Airstream. It was early for Halloween decorations, but there was one site that was wall-to-wall Halloween decor.
I saw SilverCabin while we were there. I recognized their rig right off the bat...in fact, it was the first Airstream I saw. I didn't have time to search out every loop, but I did see three other late model plus one vintage Airstream and Sunday afternoon there was a pretty long Argosy motorhome with rear bedroom wrap window parked in the parking lot with the door open. One of the Airstreams I saw was just two doors down from us, but they didn't seem too friendly so I didn't talk to them other than to say hello.
But it was a great weekend with great weather and temps, all be it too short even for a four day weekend.

I love my Airstream because she is a constant reminder that I am going to follow my dream - travel and see the country, stay as long or as briefly as I like wherever it suits me. She's going to give me as much freedom as is possible with this way of life and I'm savoring the anticipation and loving it.
