Here's an easy three ingredient appetizer:

1 jar of Mezzetta peperoncinis
1 block of Philadelphia cream Cheese
1 package of sliced Gallo Salami

Drain peperoncinis, cut in half & de-seed. Put a teaspoon +/- of cream cheese in each half. Roll-up a half in one slice of salami and stick a toothpick in it. Easy-peasy and yummy! Can be made at home before rally...

Instead of poppers in message 7 and 11, search for jalapenos popper dip recipe. Easier to make.

Bring plenty of corn chips. It goes fast.

I take jalapeños cut in half, clean out all seeds, I do this under cold water with rubber gloves on. One package of cream cheese, mix in 2 cups of shedded cheese, fill half’s with mixture, rap bacon around pepper, hold in place with toothpick, preheat oven to 400 degrees, have peppers on cookie pan, cook until bacon is cooked about 20 minutes. Want more heat, mix hot sauce in to cream cheese mixture, cut green onion tops in also for color. Eat while warm.
