Best Airstreamer's Names
I've seen a number of incredible, outstanding, funny, creative names go by in post after post so I thought I'd see what everyone else has noticed. This isn't a poll (yet)....but certainly could be. My intent here is to gather both forum names and trailer names.
This one comes to mind, and I'm sure I'll think of 5 others before this thread is done.
Alumibum
Anyone else?

There was a member called 77RGOC, a petty cool phonetic name. Unfortunately they haven't visited the forums since some time in 2003.
For your not-yet-but-maybe-someday poll, are you looking for active members, or any name someone dreamt up when registering?

Any name that evokes aluminum, rallies, the Silver Twinkie or Supository in all of us, boondocking, etc. Maybe, sorta, outta relate to Airstreamin', unless it's so cool you just have to post it anyway.

Silver suppository? Now there's a username that evokes photos in the mind's eye.

My Aunt Jean Sponseller used the name "Silver Suppository" in the 1950s and 1960's when she was Airstreaming. Her husband, Uncle Paul owned a plumbing business and rarely went along, but she took her two sons out all the time during the summers.

Got her name on the ride home....
Hello all -
Liking the thread! I am certain that you, and we ALL!, are going to be asstonished by the creativity and humor used in this endeavor.
My entry is for SilverToy. She is certainly Silver, and we use her as a terrific 'take us away from all this' Toy. And the name was bestowed by our 5 y/o Maximus as we drove through Monument Valley. What a trip!
Ciao!
Axel

An obvious one...I've seen "silvertwinkie" used multiple times in this forum in various forms.

As my signature line says, my trailer is named Airylle. When I first bought her and took her to a local RV place to have major plumbing repairs, the tech walked through it and commented that '72 was the first year he started working on trailers and he remembered thinking how cool the Airstreams were. Then he blurted out: "It's a woman."
"Huh?" I said
"It's a woman's trailer, I mean...the women like the double bed version so they can use the space under the window as a vanity."
So, since he "sexed" her, it was just a matter of figuring out a name.

I've been calling ours the "Alumipod" ever since I started trying to figure out how to use my Ipod!

There is already a thread covering this .
Try doing a search, there are so many cool trailer names. By the way,
my trailer calls herself " The Retro Rocket "

Awhile back, some who is not active anymore used the name "ChromeHome" and I've always liked that one.

Kip, only Airstreamers and airplane nuts would get it. You could name it the Rivet Blivet--I'm sure it would hold together at Mach 2 and 40,000 ft. with all the rivets you're putting in it. I hope 2024 doesn't bring on thoughts of 1984 (4 digits, sorta rhymes)...which seemed at one time to be so far in the future! Speaking of that, I feel like it's been 1984 for what seems like 6 years...
Ooh, I just thought of one -- Airstreme! As in, someone who has one Airstream is an Airstreamer, but if you've got more than one you'er an Airstremer. OK, it's a stretch.

Hi All, We use "Happycampers" because we are retired and happiest when we are camping in our Argosy. Our trailer's name is "Costalotta" the name speaks for itself.

... and at the other end of the stretched scale, if the Four Winds Class A motorhome motion passes, we can call those MoHos "Errstreams". I imagine that is the exact but presently secret "identifier" the IBT has in mind.
