A user I miss had my favorite name (I've heard he lurks under another name though)

One of his funnier posts was that someone sent him mail to the name
Ari Shuman

another former member thecatsandi which got mis-read as

The Cat Sandi
instead of The Cats And I

Today is a gift, that's why they call it the present.

When we first started shopping for airstreams, my wife called the small ones cat food cans, and the 25 we ended up with, tuna cans. So ours is now named "Starkist"

After toying with names like Tiny Tin and Tin Bits (you may need to be from Canada to get this second one) for our 16-footer, we settled on the unoriginal name of The Bambi or simply Bambi. After our first Bambi got thumpered and we bought our present AS, we sometimes distinguish between Bambi the First and Bambi the Second. Gives them a sort of gravitas, don't you think?

Our Safari is "The Silver Playpen". I'm not gonna explain, other than we have a king size bed in it.

No swing above it?

I really want to put a mural of the Rockies on the side, along with COORS in script laid out vertically along the front.. but my fiance won't allow it.. AKA, the "Silver Bullet"

Our 1974 Argosy looked like the Oscar Meyer hotdog car so we called him Oscar. The 34 ft Airstream is the Silver Johnson. 😊
