Doesn't matter which one you vote for if you are from Florida

Here in Floriduh, we vote early, and vote often!
Seriously, any word on the stickers, yet?

Ok, I'm still a little green behind the ears on this forum! I was wondering about the sticker. Looking at the closed poll it looks to me like the "Airstream Going Down The Road” won the votes but I haven't seen anything else on this subject. How do I get a sticker if I want one?

The last I heard there seems to be a bit of a conflict with the AirStream people on the copyright thing and our Forums. If they only realized how very valuable THIS forum is to THEIR product . . . . .

Has any thought gone into the sticker actually being a window cling. That way it can be removed without damage for cleaning. Just a thought. Which one won and how dowe get them?
Thanks,
Darel

blue or etched globe

Even though the poll is closed, I'd throw my $.02 in for the Globe, either as colored or an etched look. Either of these would be a nice addition to the back of the AS and/or the TV. I'd could even order a spare to put on ????

I am working with Airstream to resolve their trademark claim. As soon as that is done we can move forward with creating stickers and other branded merchandise.

Hopefully we can get this all done before this summer's travel season. I'll keep you all posted.

It would be great if some of these could be available at the Rallies. Realize the issue of trademark is not resolved, but is anyone who heads up or is going to rallies in different areas going to be able to supply the stickers to those who are there? Does it create any conflicts? I hope not!

That's strange, I don't see this post after creating it?? I'm going to edit and see if it comes up today.

So where's my stricker. With WBCCI talking about being "inclusive" of other Thors I'll be needing a new sticker for my AS.

What I want to know from "the powers that be"...IS:
DID THERE HAVE TO BE ONLY ONE WINNER???

Cat, unless you make one yourself, there won't be one coming from the forum at this point. Airstream informed us that we cannot produce this item and until a marketing agreement is worked out nothing will be available from here.

Thanx Jack,
Oh well...maybe you'll all get lucky and have the sort of response (now all I can come up with is "Neil" Armstrong---I'm trying to think of the bicyclists name)...
He designed a band for people to wear permanently (waterproof---& no hook)...made of nylon or vinyl..? and they were forced to make 5Million of them; and he thought "oh well, if we sell 500,000 we'll break even"...and before they could count to 500K, the 5Million were gone and they needed ot order another 5M. It's for the mililitary in Iraq (yellow)...to 'bring them home'...and it spurned another for the Susan B. Gorman foundation, and they now have a pink one to raise funds for the breast cancer foundation.
So, MAYBE IF THE FORUMS SELL ENOUGH OF ONE...THERE MIGHT BE THE AVAILABILITY OF THE OTHER??? YOU THINK?

p.s.. IT'S 'BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH'...! So, don't forget to have your check up ladies!...and GENTS! tell those ladies you love too! (RIGHT HERE IS WHERE I'D PUT A PINK RIBBON LOGO IF ONE WAS AVAILABLE).

Thumbs up Just a thought~

CAT~,
Many thanks for your comments about the color changes...
What I like about that color, besides matching the awning, etc...is the fact it goes well with the new CCD trailers color theme~!
take care..
ciao
