Arrow 1950 Cruiser # 6032 pipe or ladder frame?

Well I was lucky enough to find a one family owned Cruiser that I believe is from 1950 judging by the serial number. I am picking it up in a week or so & flatbedding it back to Ohio if I can't find a buyer. It looks like its' a keeper at this point. Judging by the pictures i think its' a ladder frame & one of the first produced. I am going to try to restore the interior to original. I have some pictures to share if anyone is interested. Merry Christmas from the road to all!

That looks like quite a nice find Jim. Congratulations. 1950 was a VERY good year according to my mom and hopefully my wife.

Thanks!

Thanks, I just got lucky & the people were very nice to deal with. I am not taking any chances & am bringing my 35 ft. triple axle trailer to carry it home. I have listed it in the classifieds just in case someone is interested...

I have attached more pictures. I can only do four at a time here in this forum, but I think its' o.k. for other Cruiser owners to see them.

Thanks for the pictures, Jim. Great to see a complete interior. Mine pretty much doesn't exist. I have the same cabinest over the sink, as well as the sink base, but that is about it. I do have another set of the same over the sink cabinets right across from the sink, but yours shows a full wood set of cabinets, not seperate metal uppers. And I recognise that shower.

I need to find a site to host pictures, as I have some shots of my mess.

Wink Perfect site to host pictures...

Hey Bruce - a good place is Yahoo Photos. just do a search for Yahoo Photos and its' free to register. You can upload as many pictures as you like and have as many different albums as you need. Uploading pictures is easy.

Cosmo, that sounded great. I went to the forums, checked the FAQ, looked in the photo gallery, and still COULDN'T see how to actually load the picture.

Do you know a link telling specifically how to do that part?

Thanks, Bruce

Click on the 'Photos' tab above at the top of your screen or here then, right below the blue bar and google ads, there is a link that says 'upload'. Click that and follow the step-by-steps from there. Keep in mind, photos most always need to be resized (600x400 works well) which can be done with any photo editing program prior to uploading.

Find a good home....

Amy & I belong to Tin Can Tourists and had planned to have our two 1948 Spartanettes combined into one finished beauty for the Spring Rally at Camp Dearborn in Michigan..... I don't know if that will happen. This Cruiser is great because of the complete overall condition. We really just want it to go to a good home. Our seven month old daughter keeps us pretty busy right now!
