Happycampers;
I like the look of the rear taillights....where can I find a set like that? Were they a direct bolt in? What color code did you use to pain the trailer?
I got the taillight on E-bay, if you can't find any there you could check with Colaws salvage. You have to cut and fit them to your trailer because the original lights were in the bezel across the back with a small hole through the skin of the trailer for the wires.
The paint is DuPont Imron, Wimbledon White.

I've also been trying to figure a way to get rid of that hideous bar across the back of my Argosy. It has 2-3 big cracks in it and I'd rather put forth an effort to get rid of it than repair it. But it looks like that puts you right into a paint job doesn't it?
I'm curious as to how much of a problem this is, assuming your Argosy is otherwise in decent shape. No one can really guess the age of our Minuet, which is on its second paint job (which is a good 10-footer). They're usually stunned when we say 1977 - hopefully they don't think it's older....
Tom
Ours is a five footer....

Even though we don't have the full light bar across the back, I like how it looks with the flush lights. Do they intrude into the bathroom space, or is the interwall space deep enough to accomodate them?
you have a great trailer let it be one with the argosy world. We just painted ours this year and it looks great. wembleton white which was an original colour on ours. found it when sanding off a few repaints. original colour for the late 60's ford mustang. kind of cream colour really.

Tom, There is enough room between the inner and outer panels. You just have to be very careful when cutting the holes for them to fit. No second chance
