What is this black tube?

My wife and I just got our first argosy! It's a '73 argosy 26 rear bath center twin. Tonight we were going through and cleaning it out and found this black tune coming from the bathroom area under the door side under the twin bed frame. It's broken and seems to be leaking water but I'm not sure if the water was just came from cleaning the bathroom wall and the seal was broke or from the tube. It seems to be unraveling but would love some assistance before I tear the whole tub up. Thanks!

What is the diameter of the tube and what is it made of? Might be a vent tube. Ditto on the photos

I can only think of 3 tubes (in my 74 Argosy 28) in the area you are talking about.
1 is a solid PVC drain pipe from the kitchen sink to the gray tank under the bathroom floor.
The other 2 are black slinky looking fabric tubes are from the furnace. One to heat black tank and the other to heat the gray tank.
I woud see no reason for water to be coming from the heat ducts.

Sounds like a heat duct that goes under the tub, might be the one that goes to the tanks area.

Yeah it's a slinky type tube but it doesn't connect to the PVC pipe (at least that I can tell). My 73 doesn't have a gray tank. It looks like it starts in the back and is coming up toward the front. Thanks for the responses, I will try to post a picture tomorrow.

It should not connect to the PVC.
It is a heating duct.
The end that you say goes to the front of the trailer should be connected to the furnace ducting and the other end that goes to the back should not be connected to anything but should go to the area of black or gray tank to heat that space to keep the tank from freezing.

If your '73 Argosy 26' is like my '74 the furnace is under the oven on the curb side. There is a metal duct that runs aft under the curb side bed. It is below the floor of the storage compartments under the bed. There is a register (grill) under the bunk next to the floor where the heat comes out. Behind that register is a distribution box (metal) which is where the flexible duct connects.
The '74 has a grey water tank below the floor and I have one flexible duct that goes thru the floor. The other duct goes under the tub. The flexible duct is about 2" in diameter and looks like it is made from some kind of black fabric covering a "slinky" type coil.

As stated heating duc tube and if there is water in it it's more than likely condensation. IMO.

It looks like we will have to take the tub out anyways to check out the other end. It's rotted and falling apart. Thanks for all the help! Is there a certain tubing that anyone would recommend as a replacement?

If it is the slinky type tube. Hard to tell by your pic. Auto parts stores can get defroster hose for cars from the 40's to the 80's. Just get the same diameter and a length you need.
