Our 1975 22' ARGOSY is named WILMA. Like the Flintstones, it looks like their house.

Ours was called Casper (white ghost) by the PO. Mostly we call her Minnie, for Minuet. Or GypsyWagon, since our truck license reads 2GYPZS. We don't feel fully settled on her name yet, not surprising since she's in renovation tear-apart mode right now. Maybe when we get her reassembled and on the road next spring, she'll tell us her real name ~G

I'm waffling between the Beige Bullet and the Tan Torpedo - my husband & son aren't sold on either one, though. Sean wants something with the initials PB & J. Sigh.

That's why it still doesn't have a name after all these years...

When we drove our 1972 faded blue Argosy in the driveway, I told my son, "Its a Beaut, Clark"!, from Chevy Chase Christmas Vacation movie. Our daughter busted out laughing & said we are naming her "The Bama Beaut". We are having her painted next week, white with a Crimson Red strip. We love this website!!

Mine is like in the movie "The Shining"

Where he takes the axe and chops a hole in the door, puts his face in the hole and says " HERE'S JOHNNY"

Good name... ours continues to live up to her name... her owners are ones who keep in increasing the value..... but we love her and would not trade her for a new Airstream...

The first time we took her camping my grandson said she looked like a giant Marshmallow (he had smores on the brain) so we named her Marsha. Mellow Marsha for long. The name stuck and we all love our Marsha!

We have been discussing what to name her since we got her...last night my wife even went through the alphabet for names. Nothing jumped out at us a whole lot until I woke up this morning with the Tommy Tutone song "Jenny" in my head...she says to me, 'you've named her haven't you?'...I say 'well, she does need one doesn't she? ...and, ironically, she is two tone'...so, 'JENNY' it is! Could our Wally numbers be 8675309?
