Absolutely, if the job is done as it should be.
The should be means, strip the coach, sand into the metal with 120 to 150 grit sandpaper, not scuff it, but sand it, seal all the seams, 2 double wet coats of epoxy primer, 3 double wet coats of whatever color, and then 2 double wet coats of clear.
That then is a first class job that will last 20 years or more.
The price that was quoted, simply cannot do all of those things, at such a cheap price, unless their labor rate is $10.00 per hour. Or, the job will be secondary, at best.
They may paint on top of the old finish, which we all know was junk to start with.
