Paint and inside paper? 1976 28 foot Argosy

We purchased our trailer late last season...now stewing over things to be done in the bleak winter season Here in Ontario.
There was some peeling of paint near the back section over the bathroom (on the exterior)..any suggestions for a good quick fix? We can't afford a full paint job. Maybe in a few years...cost here is anywhere from $3000 to lots more. I did find some threads on painting, but most were USA products.
Also wallpaper was put in the trailer near the two twin beds and it is peeling..suggestions? Can we just strip off and peserve the original white panel?
Any help would be great. We can't out where our trailer is till likely mid to late April..but just thinking some nice summer thoughts.
It is actually raining here in Southern Ontario, but expecting some snow and colder weather this week...winter has not ended.
Thanks in advance.

Wade.

Easy questions, but difficult to give meaningful answers without photos.

I will try to get some photos...but that won't be till spring. I agree photos will help decide what to do. I can re-post then,
