Out with the old

The kitchen in my '76 was trashed so I'm building all new stuff. Got rid of the base cabinet and upper, while I was at it I decided to pull the room divider and street side bed and upper cabinet. The dividing wall was pounding a hole into the floor (yes, you really do have to replace the axles on these trailers).

So, since this is just a quick fix-up and not full restoration the hole is getting filed with bondo and the floor will be painted. I've already replaced the plumbing, toilet, water heater, etc. on this unit so getting the kitchen in better shape is pretty much all I'm doing to her for now. The '78 is in much better overall shape so will concentrate on that one when I get back to Michigan next month.

Working in the storage lot without power or most of my tools makes for a great challenge....

John

Well, except a backsplash and hood. Will fab those from stainless when I get a chance.

Thanks....

The sink came from IKEA and bought the faucet off Amazon.

I'm looking forward to getting back out there to finish the rest but have to go to Michigan first. The '78 needs a new rear floor so that's the next task.
