Need new gaucho design. Any threads?

I have seen some threads here on the forums that show innovative ways to custom build gauchos that fold down into a bed. I'm considering reinforcing the existing design in my '72 Argosy 26, but I'm also trying to find a design that might create a larger bed after unfolding (like a queen futon set up of some kind). Anyone know of any good threads. I can't seem to find the threads anymore.
