Mystery water connections

I am getting to know my new 1988 Argosy. I don't know what to make of these. Is one to fill the tank and the other to hook up to city water?

One is for city water (bottom one) and the other is black water spray (top one).

The fresh water tank fill should be at the front. The fresh water from the tank runs off of a 12v pump. The city water is separate and should have a check valve on it. The black water spray connection looks like an add on. The exterior light is an add on also. Hope this helps.
