My 77 6.0 was off white with orange insert stripes. What color were the Minuet plates? And what had Blue inserts-thats what I put back.

The first generation Argosy coaches utilized orange inserts for both the beltline and rubrail until the 1979 models were released. Beginning in 1979, the inserts were color coordinated with the trim striping color which was usually color coordinated with the interior color.

The Minuet nameplates were polished aluminum with black background. The Argosy namplates were polished aluminum with orange centers.

AC shroud

And if you were lucky enough to have air conditioning, the AC shroud also had an orange beltline around it.
We had ORANGE everywhere. The Minuet 6.7 metre had orange shag carpeting throughout, orange countertops, and orange and brown upholstery. Very 70s!!!

Back to the 1970s -- my Minuet also had the organe interior packages down to the orange and white tartan plaid upholstery. I decided to keep a bit of the 1970s and retained the orange countertops.

Our's was the "Harvest Gold" of the 70's. I seem to remember the 3 popular colors of that time as harvest gold, avocado green and, was it "burnt" orange? If you look in our Members pic gallery, you can see our original gaucho and dinette, along w/the shaggy brown carpet. Our belt and rub rails had no vinyl inserts when we bought her - the PO had painted inside those w/blue for the belt & orange for the rub. We have since inserted blue on both when we updated. We also kept some of the 70's so our kitchen galley has the gold formica (altho we did replace w/new). We also repainted the "Argosy" signs on front/back w/blue where originally ours were orange.
