Replacement mattresses should be as close as the Yellow Pages for your closest metropolitan area. When I needed new mattresses after purchasing my '64 Overlander, I consulted the Yellow Pages and found Lebeda Mattress Factory (you will finder similar companies in most larger metropolitan areas). I was able to purchase mattresses custom manufactured to the size needed for my Overlander by paying for the nearest standard size plus a $75.00 charge for customization. You can find Lebeda Mattress Factory at the link below:

The beauty of these custom mattresses is that you can choose the firmness and style that you desire, and the company then makes up the mattress to your specifications. I was so well satisfied with the mattresses that they made for my Airstream that I now have the same model mattress set in the master bedroom of my home.

I am not familiar with any of the three companies from the search, but it may be a starting point for your search.
Good luck with your mattress search!
