Question Regarding your remodel!

Thanks for posting all the great photos showing progress in your renovation. I'm working on a '77 Globetrotter, 21', and am new to the whole Airstream experience (and the forum). My question is about the 'interior end caps', as mine are beginning to crack. Were any repairs necessary, if so, how did you go about them, or, is there a way to buy replacements that you're aware of?

I had a small crack under the bottom of my front end cap and I just filled it with fiberglass filler and painted it. My trailer had been painted inside in 3 different colors....so there was not much choice but to clean it, prime it and paint it. I used an acrylic enamel, but I think plain old oil base from Lowes works just as well.

Hi, your remodel is looking good. I'm curious on how you are going to power the electric stove top.
