Itís amazing what a little elbow grease (and disinfectant with bleach) will do.

I went to my recently purchased trailer today to clean out the squatters left overs, place keep out signs on it and lock it up until I can get weather nice enough to pull it out of its home of the last 28 years. I was nervous about the interior because of a lot of mildew was on the walls and the outside has crud and moss growing on it. I grabbed a bottle of Clorox Clean –Up and a brush then test cleaned a few spots. I am very pleased. The mildew and stains came right off and the outside cleaned up as well. I also looked the leak situation over since we had a big down pour last night and this morning and it’s not too bad. I am very happy with the floor overall and see only a few small areas to repair so for once something I bought turned out better than expected.

Looks like some elbow grease and a good cleaning solution is doing good things for the trailer. Hope you are taking it at a reasonable pace!
