Most but not all Minuets came with aluminum subfloors. If you are planing to tow it places, adding the plywood will add weight. When adding weight, consider overall gross as well as tongue weight. If I was to guess why you want to add plywood it would be because of the aluminum floor having cross beams about every 4 feet. The floor dips between the beams giving you that uneven wavy feeling. Adding plywood should eliminate that. 1/2 inch will still flex with the 4 foot span. You would have to shim the center which may help some.
I added a cheep snap together laminate floor. I first put down the foam pad. Trying to fill in the dips for a more level floor I put down 2 foot wide strips, going the width of the trailer, down the center of the dip. Then a 3 1/2 foot on top of that. Then I ran my flooring length wise. Most people don't notice any unevenness. I do, but maybe because I know it's there.
Going all electric limits you to campsites with electric or running a generator. Some campgrounds don't allow generators.
It also may effect the resale.
The 120 volt system in a camper (outlets, A/C, microwave, etc) is the same setup as your house. So the same circuit breaker box as your home.
The lighting is
12 volt. Run by a battery or a converter. If you go all electric, you could keep the
12 volt lighting run by the converter.
