Have Q'ss about sealing leaks ?

Hi all...Mel directed me over here as my Hubby and I are new Argosy owners with lots of Q'sss.....
My first and foremost thing to do is to get the 'Zeppelin' leak free
I notice leaks...seeping on the plywood floors under the front & back windows AND under the side windows in Back. The seepage is NOT coming down the walls but Wicking on the wood (during rain)

* OK...my plan is to pressure wash it (as it has been sitting since 2000)
and sealing the seams & windows ( minus the Band seam) with Snow Coat?
Would this be good??

I have read on other post about sealing the windows with "Par-bond"
I do see the 'solder' like stuff could be a little flakey. And I would seal with Snow Coat after the Par-bond.

How would I know if it is leaking form the top? and going down between the walls and the shell?
I do plan on replacing seals on top as well ...and I have read that the sewer vent pipe cover might need attention.
OK...I'll stop here
I need to go start some more threads
Thanks a million for any thoughts ~ Teri

At this point, unless they have been replaced, all th exterior gaskets should be history.

Next, is the sewer vent pipe cover gaskets. They live 2 to 3 years at this point, and when bad, allows rain water to flow between the walls.

Also in your case, all the fixed windows can leak at the gray gasket.

That fix is easy.

Clean, very well, the gray gaskets at the edge of the glass that it holds, and the metal flange, next to the gasket.

Apply a nice bead of Vulkem sealer to hide the gray gasket, that also touches the glass and metal flange.

If you do it correctly, that fix will last only about 25 years or so.
