Hello everyone! I just bought a 1972 Airstream Argosy, 26 footer in El Paso Texas. It's been parked for 10 years, so I used the very helpful checklist on this site and looked it over as carefully as possible. For it's age it seems in great shape, but it's rather full of El Paso dust. The body is really straight and the underbelly looks good, with very few loose rivets. I've been wanting an Airstream for about 15 years, and I was finally able to buy one. I have been a "lurker" on this forum for a few years, and I'm really happy to be here with a restoration project to share. I'm publishing the pics I took today, and your comments are most welcome.
