Cool Gauchos Covers Made

We want to have some Gaucho covers made for our Argosy Minuet 6 meter, and found a place on the internet that said they make the covers for about 150 each, including fabric. Is that a reasonable price? Has anyone used these guys- "Tin Can Interiors"? If so, how was product and service?
Thanks for the feedback.

I'm curious about them myself. We're in the process of checking out Ultraleather and fabric swatches to figure out what we want to do to our Minuet 6.0 Metre. (The plaid installed by the previous owners has to go.) My plans were to have a local boat cushion shop do them, but that price seems rather attractive.

I assume you'd have to ship Tin Can Interiors your cushions - curious how much that adds to the project.

You just ship the covers so they can copy them.

Silly me - that makes sense. I'm very tempted to use them to make curtains for us; we got fairly steep quote from another commonly-used supplier, and we don't like their fabrics...

Fabric for Gaucho

I had settled on Naugahide to cover my Gaucho, got it from Mosehart-Schleeter her in Houston

Mosehart-Schleeter Company Inc. :: Products | Naugahyde

Also bought foam from them and had a local uhholstery shop that does cars make the new gaucho, using the old one as a pattern. Cost about $600 total
($250 for sewing and that included the armrest).

Ran into the same issue on drapes with JPA Drapes, didn't like their fabric selection so we sent them the fabric. Their price wasn't too bad and included hardware, pins, hooks etc. They did fit perfectly.

Just a note to let everyone know that I just used Tin Can Interiors for both curtains and new dinette and gaucho covers. Their customer service and work is excellent and their pricing is reasonable for the quality. I will post pictures of the finished Minuet remodel as it progresses.
