The blown 30 amp fuse will likely have nothing to do with the Dometic refer.
But it's easily checked.
Unplug the Dometic. Plug into 30 Amp.
Does the breaker/fuse hold?
Plug in the refer. Does the breaker trip (or fuse blow)?
You probably have something else going on.
So, run the refer on propane until you solve the 30 amp issue.
You can run on propane as long as you have
12 Volt DC from the batteries to run the refer control panel.
