I recently bought a 78 argosy 30' with the dinette in the front and rear twins with the fold up hanging bunks. Was this a option or a aftermarket add on item?
Also the coach is missing the 12v converter but the fuse panel is still there and some of the wiring is still in place and some not. I do not have any of the paperwork on the trailer and am in need of a schematic.

My recently bought 74 argosy 28ft came with twin bunks just before the rear bath. It also came with most of the paper work. AS in the original window sticker. It shows the bunks were a option added at the factory. The wiring diagram from the owners manual does not show the wiring of the "univolt" (converter). And I'm not sure the 74 would be the same as the 78.

The bunks were an Argosy option. i believe they are rated no more than 80 or 100lbs capacity. They were designed to help families with kids. When you say that the fuse box is still there are you referring to the breaker box for the AC electric? The old univolt convertors had the fuse panels attached to them. There are really only 3 or 4 12volt circuits in these old trailers. I ordered a 60 amp intellipower and a fuse panel. Works really well. Post a pic of what you have if possible, maybe we can figure it out. Good Luck, george k
