have a few still in my phone, signal dropped out, so i have to wait to load them. i'll have more later. it is a t-28, but it also has listings from 1964 on the front curbside nose, so it has to be at least that old. i think the serial # is 28048, but all that will be cleared up soon. the towing co. will be delivering it saturday afternoon, due to 4 flats, and tongue. walked through it, and the only soft spot i found was, of course, at the door. overhead cabinetry is still there, and in fair shape.
my rollback and driver had lots of calls this past weekend, so it didn't make it, but it is coming this week. when you're working out deals like this, some trading is involved to save money, so time becomes secondary, but for some adventurous individuals, this is a repairable unit. i'm not, due to not having the time. if wanted, it can be gotten pretty cheap, but bring your trailer, and it doesn't have a title, so it's a few parts, and scrap metal for me.
i even found a 57 a/s this weekend, but it got away before i could get there
you never know what kind of treasures you'll find when you purchase something like this. we get it to the shop, and the 1st walk through nets a pair of leg-o-matic chairs in really good shape, a little dusting,& cleaning, and a very minor finish repair on one, and we have a pair. i have noticed that all the door & drawer hardware will clean up really well, too. there are some goodies to take from this one, but the running gear is really bad. no real frame underneath, tongue folded up, and just really bad shape under there.
if anyone is interested in any of this one, let me know what you are looking for, and we'll see if it is any good for you
Here are some things I am looking for - 2 of the closet door handle and 3 or 4 of the drawer pull, centers on drawer pulls are 2 3/4" or a smigen more. Is the bathroom vanity door louvered? I am looking for one that is not louvered.
PS - if you have any more photos, we'd love to see them.

By the looks of the entrance door handle, this is most likely a 1969 Avion. The Chesler door lock was used on the 69 Avion. Avion used a "code" for the years of their trailers.
This data plate looks like the letters are FI indicating a 1969 model.
