This works very well for smaller areas if there's reasonable integrity left to the wood. I tried both
Basic No-Blush (tm) Marine Epoxy Best Boatbuilding Repair Laminating Resin System - Non Blushing - epoxy and their low-v (low viscosity) resin.... thinned about %25 w/ xylene. Don't forget AMPLE ventilation..... multiple coats will be required; if you don't use the no-blush, you'll need to wet-sand between coats to kill the amine blush.; otherwise the second coat beads up. I'd just thin the first coat of non-blushing resin and skip the xylene on the subsequent coats.

I used their
Aluthane paint to cover the epoxy - we just use rugs over that, as it has allowed us to find some remaining leak issues. We may well install a finished floor at some point - but right now the floor is aluminum :-). Note that this paint is like the POR-15 stuff that is heavily advertised - but cheaper :-).
