Black water tank Floor?

I have a 1975 Argosy 24 and I am replacing the sub-floor under the shower, it has rotted away due to a small leak at the shower faucet. I have removed the shower pan and noticed that there is no sub-floor under the black water tank, is this condition correct???

Does anyone know a source for clear rock guard for this trailer? I think the gray ones just don't look right (big sunglasses) I know their was clear ones from a former trailer that I had 1970 A/S.

Thanks

You can get clear plexiglass to fit in place of the smoke color. It does cut down on heat, light, and glare inside with the smoke color sunglasses.
You should have a floor under part of the black tank. The part under the toilet should have a floor, and there is a portion of the black tank that extends slightly below floor level for the dump valve to attach to. The part without the floor should be more on the street side of the tank.
