Now if I could find a straight bumper... I'm thinking about adding a diamond plate storage box between the rails and then figure out a decent bumper to protect it. My 1978 Argosy 24' has absolutely horrible paint. Going to start sanding, but I was also considering a polish out. I know it would only take a gazillion hours to polish this old beast out, but it may be just about the same amount of work.

To each his own. I think this is an awesome combination and their has been a lot of work in this. I THINK IT IS PATHETIC THAT SOME OF YOU ON HERE WOULD BASH THIS MUCH WORK SOMEONE HAS DONE. IF YOU DON"T LIKE IT OR WANT TO PICK THINGS APART DO IT IN YOUR OWN HEAD. IT JUST MAKES YOU LOOK REALLY BAD.

I think it's great that these people are making their trailers their own by doing the inside the way they want it and painting the outside in different colors. We painted the inside of ours yellow and orange. I've been thinking of painting the outside in a tie dye pattern, I won't, but I did think of it. Tom

Hi from AZ. . . Hey Woods Family, I ran into a couple from Savannah in the Northwest(SD<WY) Summer before last who had a '56 Oldsmobile front bumper on the rear of his AS 23. It was hiding a storage box he had made ! Looked VERY cool I thought. I think they now call that 'thinking outside the box'. We used to call it innovation & style regards, Craig

That is a great rework of the trailer. Congratulations! The colors go well and look to match the 57 Chevy as well.
