Congratulations, it sounds like a great trip!
You may just have the trailer set up for photos and not travel, but I wanted to point out one thing just in case: If you open the curtains over the front-center window, leave the bathroom door open (it probably has a latch to keep it open if it's original) and the bathroom blind open then you can see through the trailer to get a glmpse of what's directly behind the trailer while you're driving. It's one of the best things about towing a '70s trailer. Well, that and the fact that they're much lighter!
You might also think about on-road protection for the Panorama windows at the front corner. The only new ones that are available are tinted, I bought a whole parts trailer to get a pano and some other vintage Argosy parts.
