Another 6 meter on ebay

Here is another shot at the 6 meter: item # 160016497972 on ebay. Gray tank shouldn't be a big problem and it looks very clean.

The A/C is installed in the vent. It is not back where it belongs. This means they are using the wiring from the 12VDC to power the A/C.
If it is a cracked grey tank you have to rip out almost the entire bathroom to get to it.
I actually asked the owner the question as to what the "issue" is with the gray tank. I do not like it when they are vague about things.
Also, when was the last time you saw trailer tires with white stripes? I bet they are passenger tires. New tires will run you at least 60 bucks a pop.
It does have James P. Ambruso drapes in it though.
They also did a nice job of updating the upholstery and the carpeting.

Also look slike the toilet has been replaced at some point - the one pictured sits too far forward.

Let's have a polishing party: I'll supply the trailer and buffing supplies. BYOB (bring your own buffer)

Well - the skin looks good and upholstry is expensive so that's a plus....

I'm coming to the conclusion that anytime you buy a 30 year old trailer you will have to do major repairs to the systems! Stuff breaks.
SO.... I guess you could do worse. At 2400 lbs - it's just about the lighest tow on the road. Hope it finds a good home.

I saw all that stuff too and it does need repairs. It just looks really nice. If I were looking for plug and play, I'd think twice or at least query the owner like Lou did.

Think about what you DON'T have to do here.
Repaint outside - $2000, Reupholster - $800 - $1200, Curtains - $440, Recarpet - $????, Repair wood floor - $?????, put in a new stove - $300, put in a new fridge - $900, repair or replace water heater - $215, put on or repair AC - $700, new toilet - $150 - $200. (I don't think the toilet has been replaced, but so what? My '78's toilet looks just like that one in placement and the '79's isn't much different, just a different model.) The grey tank is not a snap to replace, but it isn't all that difficult. Chances are a LOT better of finding a stock replacement than finding something for your black water tank. Besides, you need a portable tank for the shower anyway, you can get along with a portable if need be and not repair the grey tank. You will likely be in for a heater - $550. That one is 29 years old and I wouldn't trust it without much checking.

Do I know the seller? No. Do I think this would be a nice trailer at a reasonable price for someone? Yes. Will it need work? Probably - show me a house, car, or trailer that doesn't need work of some kind. Will it need tires? Likely. Brakes? Need to be checked. Etc.
