Analog TV antenna mount removal

LaTortuga's maiden voyage revealed many things, one of which was a leak around the old analog TV antenna spindle.
To save time, would someone who has already removed theirs please share that bit of data with me?

I took my antenna off my trailer the other day lots of old caulk around it and then it was riveted to the outer skin. If the hand crank handle is already off on the inside then the base assembly for the antenna will slip out once you drill out the rivets on top. If the handle is still there on the inside it comes off by removing the Allen head screw that holds it to the spindle.
