Feedback is a little scant but the Excella he sold went pretty cheap...

No OEM Air Conditioner

He was honest about the water heater and it sounds encouraging that the rest of the "appliances work good." I was wondering why I couldn't see the roof A/C he seems to say comes with the trailer -- although this was the era that A/C units were optional. Then I looked twice at the pics and saw the roadside window unit on the interior photos. It is good to see the exterior photos that show the window intact at least!

It would be a good bet that any original A/C would be on the fritz by now, so the above issue isn't bad news at all. I'll bet the wiring for an A/C is up in the roof if a purchaser wanted to look into that.

One caution -- search the forums on "furnace recall" and learn about carbon monoxide problems on old furnaces. Some folks replace the bad plastic manifolds but a new furnace will fit in the same space -- peace of mind is cheap and a new furnace isn't too pricey!

Love the window A/C!

Geez, I would have taken that out of the window BEFORE I took the pictures. What about what the weight of a window A/C can, and will, do to the window frame?
I know that the wiring is up in the roof. I cut my hole and installed my own Carrier 13.5k BTU in mine.
Sure looks with original upholstery!
