1986 Argosy Travel Trailer

At last, I think, I have finally located a dealer in Texas who
will check into ordering front lower wraps for me, but he needs
a VIN#. I looked on the title and sent that number, he says
its a VIN# for the axel, he needs VIN# for the trailer, can any one
help to tell me where I might search for this number on the
trailer. Any advice or help will be appreciated--you could e-

I believe you will find it on or near the front. Mine was hid behind the rock guard. I had to loosen it up and swing it aside to find it. It should be on a small metal plate.

Your Texas title for the trailer should have the VIN. That's the only means of identifying the trailer for title purposes.

My 1973 Argosy has the Vin in two places: on a plate just below the water fill on the front streetside and on the frame curb side just behind the propane bottles.
