Just from the photos, it appears to be a tidy little trailer with a nice interior. It looks to be ready for a new axle, like most other trailers of its era, and it's missing the propane cylinders. Is the wire that runs from the top of the trailer to the streetside window the antenna wire and it goes into the trailer through the window? That would be a negative if so.

Look in the bottom of the cabinets and see if the subfloor is plywood or metal... the metal-floor Argosies are extra special because while they leak as much as any other Airstream, the floor won't rot!

Estimating a price is tough to do without putting hands on the trailer and doing a complete inspection. I'll say that small trailers are very popular, so at a price that's fair to you and a buyer it'll be easy to sell.

By no means am I an expert.
I was looking for a minuet for a couple years and just got mine.
What I saw was a range from $3k to $8K.
Looking at your pictures, everything looks original, if everything works, What i saw it would be in the $6k range. minus $500 for a furnace.
I used the classifieds here on the forums as well as Vintage Airstream Classifieds | New & Used Airstream Trailers For Sale and craigslist.
When you say you just came into possession, I hope you are planing on using and enjoying it rather than just making a quick buck.
But if you are planning on selling it, price it fair, be totally honest, and list it here on the forums classifieds.

Yes, the floor is aluminum. My daughter had a 1977 Minuet like this one. She purchased it for $2500 & it was in a conditon pretty much like yours. She put a lot of new things in it (water heater, emblems, banana wrap & tongue repainted, new a/c & Zip Dee awnings, new toilet, new gaskets) and sold it for $9500. So, in my opinion, if you put $ into it, you'll get it back & then some if it's done right. It was a nice little trailer!
first pix were as purchased:

However, the floor being aluminum has its own issues, while it won't rot like wood - The steel frame and aluminum being in contact can cause the frame to rust out. If there are active water leaks this is much more likely.

That being said it's a pretty sweet looking trailer. If you intend to sell it it's worth finding out if the appliances/ electrical systems work. It could take it from a $3000 to a $4000+ trailer. The size is right but the Argosy's just aren't as popular.

I happen to like them! Good luck!
