1977 Argosy Table

Just brought my new 1977 Argosy 24 (rear door) home. Now the project begins. Their are two short table stubs attached to the floor, permanently, that the table sets on when it is used for the bed. Are their poles that slide over these to make the table higher to eat on, or has someone rigged this and i need to remove them and start again ???

Many more questions to come im sure.
