1976 argosy 24' Need help on repairs...

Bought this 1976 argosy 24' --- started to repair and replace the flooring in front and need to see what the framing originally looked like. there seem to be some pieces missing. I have lots of other questions and repairs to make but can't seem to locate answers on this forum. When I do a search 400 threads "posts" come up but not on the subject directly. Would appreciate some help on search techniques, or a phone # , Or ??? Thanks in advance,, MD

One of the popular threads on your topic is "Doing the Full Monte". Under the Search drop-down, the search window labeled "Google Custom Search" usually returns data in a more useful format.

Since it appears that you are likely doing a major refurbishment/restoration, you might find a factory Service Manual Helpful. While there wasn't a separate Service Manual publisched for Argosy, the one for similar model Airstreams will be representative of the Argosy as well. These manuals are offered on E-Bay as electronic copies from one vendor - - or appear as used originals from time-to-time; they are also available from the Airstream on-line store at this link.
