1975 22' Argosy shell weight

I promise I searched the forums but.... most posts are about shells from a different decade or they aren't Argos (which totally can make the difference, I actually have FIBERGLASS endcaps) or they are 30 something feet long

So, I have her jacked up off of the frame and the braces to 2x6 cross beams started. How much so you guys think the shell weighs? I.e., how strong do the sawhorses need to be?

The shell doesn't weigh that much- 500 or so. I lifted mine with a gantry system with a 2x8x20 down the center and lifted with 2 chain hoist. I added 2x4 around the bottom and bolted it to my driveway for 2 years. Mines a 1975 28 footer with fiberglass endcaps too

Excellent, thank you! The P.O. had already made braces inside so I added to them. I've seen some use cinder blocks to prob their shells up too.
