Looks like mine did until torn apart! If you are wanting to keep your bathroom, I have some parts - like the shower floor pan... Some stains, but no cracks...

Ozy6205, what would you want for the pan? If the price is right we might chance shipping it. Thanks

I don't know... $50 + shipping cost? Or a counteroffer would be considered

The glue is drying for the floor curve template... Remove them tomorrow, and on to floor removal. Oh joy

Yeah same here need to replace the bathroom floor, are you doing it with the shell on or off?
Let me see on shipping cost if I can figure a easy way I will take it
My sink is good but approximate the offer.

Shell on
What are the pros and cons of replacing the floors with the shell on or off?

The channel that the sub floor inserts into along the perimeter of the trailer is much easier to deal with with the shell off. There are bolts that go through the c channel and the subfloor. With the shell on you have to chip out around the bolts while removing the sub floor and then notch the new board to fit in around the bolts.
If the whole subfloor needs replaced I would lean towards a shell off. If you're just repairing a front or rear rot section I would do a shell on.
