World's most expensive trailer park?

There is an article in Vanity Fair this month (March 2011 issue) about Paradise Cove, a Malibu mobile home park where a doublewide costs up to $2.5 million bucks. Lots of movie stars and millionaires who enjoy roughing it lol. The article is called Bohemian Cove.

I've been to the restaurant in the park. It is in a gorgeous spot! Problem with the mobile homes, though, is that you rent the space underneath and don't own the property. The space rent can be pretty steep too, up into the thousands. Still, whatta place to live, right on the ocean in CA.

I wonder if that's what happened to Jim Rockford's property when he retired.

Ganaraska,
Bohemian Cove, is that the place in the Redwoods where they worship the giant owl?

That would be Bohemian Grove, I believe.
